No. 104/2011 Rail Safety Act 2006 Rail Safety Amendment Regulations 2011 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 27 September 2011 Responsible Minister: TERRY MULDER Minister for Public Transport MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Rail Safety Regulations 2006 as a consequence of the enactment of the Transport Integration Act 2010. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 110 of the Rail Safety Act 2006. 3 Scope of the meaning of rail safety work In regulation 5(4) of the Rail Safety Regulations 2006 1 , for "Transport Act 1983" substitute "Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983". -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
