1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.365 - Application to deal with contraventions involving dismissal Anita Kuklych v The Hassett Group Pty Ltd (C2026/4014) COMMISSIONER REDFORD MELBOURNE, 11 MAY 2026 Application to deal with contraventions involving dismissal [1] An application has been made by Ms Anita Kuklych, in which she claims the dismissal of her employment with the Hasset Group Pty Ltd occurred in contravention of Part 3-1 of the Fair Work Act 2009 (the Act). [2] The application was not filed within the time frame prescribed by s 366 of the Act. However, for reasons delivered on transcript on 8 May 2026, I have determined to extend the time for the application made and have conducted a conciliation conference in relation to the matter, pursuant to s 368 of the Act.
