STATUTORY RULES. 1940. No. 69. REGULATION UNDER THE NATIONALITY ACT 1920-1936.* I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Nationality Act 1920-1936. Dated this Twenty third day of April, 1940. Governor-General. By His Excellency’s Command, Minister of State for the Interior. Amendment of the Naturalization Regulations. † Fees.
