No. 126/2011 Road Safety Act 1986 Road Safety (General) Amendment (Preliminary Breath Test Device) Regulations 2011 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 8 November 2011 Responsible Minister: TERRY MULDER Minister for Roads MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009 to prescribe a preliminary breath test device. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 95 of the Road Safety Act 1986. 3 Regulation 7 amended For regulation 7(a) of the Road Safety (General) Regulations 2009 1 substitute— "(a) the lion alcolmeter SD-400 Touch; and". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
