STATUTORY RULES. 1942. No. 415. ———— REGULATIONS UNDER THE BEER EXCISE ACT 1901-1928.* I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Beer Excise Act 1901-1928. By His Excellency’s Command, Minister of State for Trade and Customs. ———— Amendment of the Beer Excise Regulations. † Regulation 28 of the Beer Excise Regulations is repealed and the following regulation inserted in its stead:— “28.—(1.) Vessels, cases or bottles containing beer for export may, upon application by the brewer or exporter, be marked with, or the labels thereon may be printed with, a registered serial number and a State number to be allotted by the Collector, in lieu of the name of the brewer as required by sub-regulation (1.) of regulation 27 of these Regulations. “(2.)
