Regulations 2011
The Governor in Council, on the certificate and
recommendation of the Assistant Treasurer, makes the
following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Accident Compensation
Regulations 2001 for the period specified in
regulation 3.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under sections 5A
and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3 Extension of operation
The operation of the Accident Compensation
Regulations 2001 1 is extended for the period
beginning on the day on which they would
otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of
the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and
ending on 13 March 2012.
4 Expiry
These Regulations expire on 14 March 2012.
