The Governor in Council, on the recommendation of the
Minister for Environment and Climate Change, makes the
following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Environment Protection (Fees)
Regulations 2001, which would otherwise be
revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the
Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period
specified in regulation 3.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5A
and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3 Extension of operation
The operation of the Environment Protection
(Fees) Regulations 20011 is extended for the
period beginning on 30 October 2011 and ending
on 29 October 2012.
4 Expiry
These Regulations expire on 30 October 2012.
