Subordinate Legislation (Supreme Court (Fees)
Regulations 2001) Extension Regulations 2011
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of
the Attorney-General, makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Supreme Court (Fees)
Regulations 2001, which would otherwise be
revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the
Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period
specified in regulation 3.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5A
and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.
3 Extension of operation
The operation of the Supreme Court (Fees)
Regulations 2001 1 is extended for the period
beginning on 18 December 2011 and
ending on 17 December 2012.

4 Expiry
These Regulations expire on 18 December 2012.
