No. 144/2011 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2001) Extension Regulations 2011 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council, on the recommendation of the Attorney-General, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 6 December 2011 Responsible Minister: ROBERT CLARK Attorney-General MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2001, which would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5(1) of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994, for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5A and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
