No. 115/2011 Transport Accident Act 1986 Transport Accident Amendment Regulations 2011 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 25 October 2011 Responsible Minister: GORDON RICH-PHILLIPS Minister for Assistant Treasurer MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke certain prescribed forms in the Transport Accident Regulations 2007. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 132 of the Transport Accident Act 1986. 3 Regulation 9 revoked Regulation 9 of the Transport Accident Regulations 2007 1 is revoked. 4 Forms 4, 5 and 6 revoked In the Schedule to the Transport Accident Regulations 2007, Forms 4, 5 and 6 are revoked. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
