No. 106/2011 Transport (Compliance and Miscellaneous) Act 1983 Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Amendment Regulations 2011 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 27 September 2011 Responsible Minister: TERRY MULDER Minister for Public Transport MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council PART 1—PRELIMINARY 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the following Regulations as a consequence of the enactment of the Transport Integration Act 2010— (a) the Transport (Taxi-cab Industry Accreditation) Regulations 2007; (b) the Transport (Taxi-Cab Licences - Market and Trading) Regulations 2005; (c) the Transport (Taxi-cab Network Service Provider Accreditation Exemptions) Regulations 2007; (d) the Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Regulations 2005. -- 2 of 8 -- Part 1—Preliminary Transport (Taxi-Cabs) Amendment Regulations 2011 S.R.
