No. 74/2010 Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008 Assisted Reproductive Treatment Amendment Regulations 2010 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 10 August 2010 Responsible Minister: DANIEL ANDREWS Minister for Health MATTHEW McBEATH Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Regulations 2009 as a result of the enactment of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009, which implements the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law as a law in Victoria. 2 Authorising provisions The Regulations are made under sections 124 and 125 of the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Act 2008. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 74/2010 Assisted Reproductive Treatment Amendment Regulations 2010 2 3 Schedule 5—Information to be kept in Central Register In Schedule 5 of the Assisted Reproductive Treatment Regulations 2009 1 , for subclause (4)(b)(iii) substitute— "(iii) the registration number or code given to the doctor by the Medical Board of Australia under the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law;". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
