Building Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2010
The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council makes the following
Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Building Regulations 2006 to increase certain fees
payable under the Building Act 1993.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 261
and 262 of the Building Act 1993.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
2010.
4 Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the Building Regulations
2006 1 are called the Principal Regulations.

5 Application fee for certificate of consent
In regulation 202 of the Principal Regulations, for
"$81.50" substitute "$83.30".
6 Maximum fees for report and consent
In regulation 312 of the Principal Regulations—
(a) in subregulation (1), for "$54.35" substitute
"$55.55";
(b) in subregulation (2), for "$217.50"
substitute "$222.30";
(c) in subregulation (3), for "$54.35" substitute
"$55.55".
7 Lodgement fees
In regulation 320 of the Principal Regulations, for
"$32.60" substitute "$33.30".
8 Fees for requests for information
In regulation 327 of the Principal Regulations, for
"$43.45" substitute "$44.40".
9 Accreditation fees
In regulation 1405(1) of the Principal Regulations,
for "$1631.00" substitute "$1667.20".
10 Duplicate certificate fee
In regulation 1508 of the Principal Regulations,
for "$32.60" substitute "$33.30".
11 Building Appeals Board fees
In regulation 1602 of the Principal Regulations—
(a) in paragraph (a)(i), for "$271.80" substitute
