No. 75/2010 Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003 Cemeteries and Crematoria Amendment Regulations 2010 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 10 August 2010 Responsible Minister: DANIEL ANDREWS Minister for Health MATTHEW McBEATH Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Cemeteries and Crematoria Regulations 2005 as a result of the enactment of the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law (Victoria) Act 2009, which implements the Health Practitioner Regulation National Law as a law in Victoria. 2 Authorising provision The Regulations are made under section 180 of the Cemeteries and Crematoria Act 2003. 3 Schedule 4 In Schedule 4 of the Cemeteries and Crematoria Regulations 2005 1 for "Medical Practice Act 1994" substitute— "Health Practitioner Regulation National Law". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
