No. 11/2010 Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987 Conservation, Forests and Lands (Contracts) Regulations 2010 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 23 February 2010 Responsible Minister: GAVIN JENNINGS Minister for Environment and Climate Change TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe the maximum consideration of a contract or agreement that the Secretary may enter into without the approval of the Minister. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 99 of the Conservation, Forests and Lands Act 1987. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 27 February 2010. 4 Revocation The Conservation, Forests and Lands (Contracts) Regulations 2000 1 are revoked. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
