1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.285—Annual wage review Annual Wage Review 2023–24 (C2024/1) JUSTICE HATCHER, PRESIDENT SYDNEY, 27 FEBRUARY 2024 TIMETABLE VARIATION [1] On 15 December 2023, the draft timetable for the Annual Wage Review 2023–24 was published and subsequently confirmed in a Statement issued on Friday 2 February 2024. [2] The closing date for lodging supplementary submissions relating to data and/or research published after 29 April 2024 and/or post-Budget submissions is Friday 17 May 2024. [3] Public consultations were to be held immediately following this date on Monday 20 May 2024 in Sydney. [4] The date for consultations has been deferred to Wednesday 22 May 2024 to provide parties additional time to prepare for this event. The variation to the timetable is set out at Attachment A.
