No. 126/2010 Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958 Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Amendment Regulations 2010 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 26 October 2010 Responsible Minister: BOB CAMERON Minister for Emergency Services MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 2005 to increase the charges for emergency attendances by brigades. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 34 of the Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 November 2010. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
