National Parks (Fees and Charges) Amendment
Regulations 2010
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
National Parks (Fees and Charges) Regulations
2001 to revoke entry fees relating to certain parks.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 48 of
the National Parks Act 1975.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
2010.
4 Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the National Parks (Fees and
Charges) Regulations 2001 1 are called the
Principal Regulations.

5 Definition
For regulation 5 of the Principal Regulations
substitute—
"5 Definitions
In these Regulations—
Act means the National Parks Act 1975;
park includes part of a park.".
6 Revocation of Part 3
Part 3 of the Principal Regulations is revoked.
7 Revocation of Schedule 2
Schedule 2 to the Principal Regulations is
revoked.
8 Revocation of Schedule 3
Schedule 3 to the Principal Regulations is
revoked.
9 Revocation of Schedule 4
Schedule 4 to the Principal Regulations is
revoked.
