No. 51/2010 Building Act 1993 Plumbing Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2010 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 23 June 2010 Responsible Minister: JUSTIN MADDEN Minister for Planning TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Plumbing Regulations 2008 to increase certain fees payable under Part 12A of the Building Act 1993. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under section 221ZZZV of the Building Act 1993. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2010. 4 Price of compliance certificate form In regulation 45 of the Plumbing Regulations 2008 1 for “$28.50” substitute “$29.10”. -- 2 of 5 -- S.R. No. 51/2010 Plumbing Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2010 2 5 Schedule 4 substituted For Schedule 4 to the Plumbing Regulations 2008 substitute— "SCHEDULE 4 Regulation 43 FEES Column 1 Item number Column 2 Matter Column 3 Fee 1 For an application under section 221M, 221N, 221O, 221OA, 221P, 221Q or 221R of the Act $46.00 2 For a licence under section 221M or 221Q of the Act or a renewal of that licence (if not endorsed) under section 221ZD of the Act $255.55 3 For registration under section 221O or 221R of the Act or a renewal of that registration (if not endorsed) under section 221ZD of the Act $288.25 4 For an endorsement under section 221N or 221OA of the Act $25.55 5 For a renewal of an endorsed licence or registration under section 221ZD of the Act $255.55 plus $25.55 for each endorsement on the licence or registration 6 For provisional registration under section 221P of the Act or a renewal of provisional registration under section 221ZD of the Act $96.00 7 For a temporary licence under section 221W of the Act $63.35 8 For temporary registration under section 221W of the Act $25.55 9 For a late renewal under section 221ZE of the Act $63.35 r. 5 -- 3 of 5 -- S.R.
