Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2010
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

PART 1—PRELIMINARY
1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 2009 and the
Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009 to
increase certain fees by 2·25 per cent.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 95 of
the Road Safety Act 1986.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
2010.

In column 2 of Schedule 5 to the Road Safety
(Drivers) Regulations 2009 1 —
(a) in item 5, for "$24.90" substitute "$25.40";
(b) in items 6, 7 and 17, for "$15.00" substitute
"$15.30";
(c) in items 8, 12 and 15, for "$19.50"
substitute "$19.90";
(d) in items 9(a) and 14, for "$16.10" substitute

7 Fees for registration and renewal of registration

Road Safety (Vehicles) Regulations 2009, in
item 2, for "$7.70" substitute "$7.80".
8 Miscellaneous fees
