REGULATION UNDER THE POST AND TELEGRAPH ACT 1901-1946.* I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Post and Telegraph Act 1901-1946.
