No. 64/2010 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Magistrates' Court General Regulations 2000 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2010 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Attorney-General, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 6 July 2010 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Magistrates' Court General Regulations 2000 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 64/2010 Subordinate Legislation (Magistrates' Court General Regulations 2000 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2010 2 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Magistrates' Court General Regulations 2000 1 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 11 July 2011. 4 Expiry These Regulations expire on 12 July 2011. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
