No. 20/2010 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Subdivision (Permit and Certification Fees) Regulations 2000 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2010 The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the advice of the Executive Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Planning, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 13 April 2010 Responsible Minister: JUSTIN MADDEN Minister for Planning MATTHEW McBEATH Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Subdivision (Permit and Certification Fees) Regulations 2000 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Subdivision (Permit and Certification Fees) Regulations 2000 1 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 20/2010 Subordinate Legislation (Subdivision (Permit and Certification Fees) Regulations 2000 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2010 2 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 25 September 2011. 4 Expiry These Regulations expire on 26 September 2011. ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
