No. 103/2010 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Subdivision (Procedures) Regulations 2000 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2010 The Administrator of the State of Victoria as the Governor's deputy, with the advice of the Executive Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Environment and Climate Change, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 5 October 2010 Responsible Minister: GAVIN JENNINGS Minister for Environment and Climate Change MATTHEW McBEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Subdivision (Procedures) Regulations 2000 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 103/2010 Subordinate Legislation (Subdivision (Procedures) Regulations 2000 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2010 2 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Subdivision (Procedures) Regulations 2000 1 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 9 October 2011. 4 Expiry These Regulations expire on 10 October 2011. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
