The Lieutenant-Governor as the Governor's deputy with the
advice of the Executive Council makes the following
Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to extend the
operation of the Victims of Crime Assistance
(Special Financial Assistance) Regulations 2000
for the period specified in regulation 3.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 5
and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994.

3 Extension of operation
The operation of the Victims of Crime Assistance
(Special Financial Assistance) Regulations 20001
is extended for the period beginning on the day on
which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue
of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act
1994 and ending on 18 December 2011.
4 Expiry
These Regulations expire on 19 December 2011.
