No. 10/2010 Taxation Administration Act 1997 Taxation Administration Amendment Regulations 2010 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 16 February 2010 Responsible Minister: JOHN LENDERS Treasurer TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke regulation 7 of, and Schedule 2 to, the Taxation Administration Regulations 2007 as a consequence of the commencement of section 29(1) of the State Taxation Acts Further Amendment Act 2009. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 136 of the Taxation Administration Act 1997. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 March 2010. 4 Revocation of regulation 7 Regulation 7 of the Taxation Administration Regulations 2007 1 is revoked. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
