No. 14/2010 Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998 Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2010 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 2 March 2010 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is— (a) to provide for fees for the commencement of proceedings at the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal under the Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008; and (b) to clarify fees for the commencement of other proceedings at the Tribunal. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 161 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal Act 1998. 3 Scale of fees amended In Part A of the Table to regulation 4 of the Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Regulations 2001 1 — -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 14/2010 Victorian Civil and Administrative Tribunal (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2010 2 (a) after item 1(g) insert— "(ga) Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 sections 122, 204; (gb) Racial and Religious Tolerance Act 2001 section 23A;"; (b) in items 2(2)(f) and 4(zzp) omit "79,"; (c) after item 4(zzv) insert— "(zzva) Public Health and Wellbeing Act 2008 section 207;"; (d) in item 6(c) omit "79,"; (e) in item 7, for "25·8 fee units" substitute "25·7 fee units". ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
