No. 59/2010 Zoological Parks and Gardens Act 1995 Zoological Parks and Gardens Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2010 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 30 June 2010 Responsible Minister: GAVIN JENNINGS Minister for Environment and Climate Change TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Zoological Parks and Gardens Regulations 2003 to increase the maximum fees payable for entry into zoological parks. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 41 of the Zoological Parks and Gardens Act 1995. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2010. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 59/2010 Zoological Parks and Gardens Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2010 2 4 Amendments to Schedule 3 In Schedule 3 to the Zoological Parks and Gardens Regulations 2003 1 — (a) in item 1, for "$24.40" substitute "$24.90"; (b) in item 2, for "$12.15" substitute "$12.40"; (c) in item 3, for "$6.00" substitute "$6.10"; (d) in item 4, for "$55.55" substitute "$56.80"; (e) in item 5, for "$18.85" substitute "$19.25"; (f) in item 6, for "$18.85" substitute "$19.25". ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
