REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1950 AND THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1950.* I, THE ADMINISTRATOR of the Government of the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901-1950 and the Commerce ( Trade Descriptions ) Act 1905-1950.
