Building Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2009
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Building Regulations 2006 to increase certain fees
payable under the Building Act 1993.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 261
and 262 of the Building Act 1993.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
2009.
4 Application fees for certificate of consent
In regulation 202 of the Building Regulations
2006 1 , for "$79.15" substitute "$81.50".

5 Maximum fees for report and consent
In regulation 312 of the Building Regulations
2006—
(a) in subregulation (1), for "$52.75"
substitute "$54.35";
(b) in subregulation (2), for "$211.15"
substitute "$217.50";
(c) in subregulation (3), for "$52.75"
substitute "$54.35".
6 Lodgement fees
In regulation 320 of the Building Regulations
