STATUTORY RULES. 1952. No. 7. REGULATIONS UNDER THE REPATRIATION ACT 1920-1951.* I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulations under the Repatriation Act 1920-1951. AMENDMENT OF THE REPATRIATION REGULATIONS . † Allowance to certain widows. 1 . Regulation 176D of the Repatriation Regulations is amended— ( a ) by omitting the words “One pound” and inserting in their stead the words “Three pounds four shillings”; ( b ) by omitting from paragraph ( a ) the word “or”; and ( c ) by adding at the end thereof the following word and paragraph:— “; or ( c ) a widow who, in the opinion of the Commission, is permanently unemployable.”. Commencement 2 .
