No. 188/2009 Control of Weapons Act 1990 Control of Weapons Amendment Regulations 2009 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 December 2009 Responsible Minister: BOB CAMERON Minister for Police and Emergency Services TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke regulations 12 and 13 of the Control of Weapons Regulations 2000 as a consequence of the enactment of the Summary Offences and Control of Weapons Acts Amendment Act 2009. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 12 of the Control of Weapons Act 1990. 3 Revocation of regulations 12 and 13 Regulations 12 and 13 of the Control of Weapons Regulations 2000 1 are revoked. ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
