No. 67/2009 Country Fire Authority Act 1958 Country Fire Authority Amendment Regulations 2009 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 10 June 2009 Responsible Minister: BOB CAMERON Minister for Police and Emergency Services TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Country Fire Authority Regulations 2004— (a) to increase the charges for emergency attendances by brigades; and (b) to increase the charges for the monitoring of fire alarm systems. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 110 of the Country Fire Authority Act 1958. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 9 July 2009. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 67/2009 Country Fire Authority Amendment Regulations 2009 2 4 Increase in charges for emergency attendances In regulation 97(2) of the Country Fire Authority Regulations 2004 1 — (a) in paragraph (a), for "$343.02" substitute "$353.31"; (b) in paragraph (b), for "$253.85" substitute "$261.47"; (c) in paragraph (c), for "$144.39" substitute "$148.72". 5 Increase in charges for monitoring fire alarm systems In regulation 99 of the Country Fire Authority Regulations 2004— (a) in paragraph (a), for "$239.53" substitute "$246.72"; (b) in paragraph (b), for "$166.76" substitute "$171.76". ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
