No. 65/2009 Crimes Act 1958 Crimes (Extra-Territorial Offences) Regulations 2009 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 10 June 2009 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe the form of notice of execution of a search warrant to be given under section 342(6) of the Crimes Act 1958. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 345 of the Crimes Act 1958. 3 Revocation The Crimes (Extra-Territorial Offences) Regulations 1999 1 are revoked. 4 Form A notice under section 342(6) of the Crimes Act 1958 must be in the form set out in the Schedule. __________________ -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
