No. 172/2009 Evidence Act 1958 Evidence Revocation Regulations 2009 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 15 December 2009 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to revoke redundant regulations made under the Evidence Act 1958. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 152 of the Evidence Act 1958. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 January 2010. 4 Evidence (Crown Witnesses Allowances and Expenses) Regulations 2004 The Evidence (Crown Witnesses Allowances and Expenses) Regulations 2004 1 are revoked. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
