No. 107/2009 Guardianship and Administration Act 1986 Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2009 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 22 September 2009 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Regulations 2008 to provide for an increase in the income threshold in regulation 5(1) of those Regulations. 2 Authorising provision These regulations are made under section 58A of the Guardianship and Administration Act 1986. 3 Annual fees In regulation 5(1) of the Guardianship and Administration (Fees) Regulations 2008 1 , for "$607" (wherever occurring) substitute "$635". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
