No. 117/2009 Police Integrity Act 2008 Police Integrity (Amendment) Regulations 2009 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 7 October 2009 Responsible Minister: BOB CAMERON Minister for Police and Emergency Services TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend regulation 7 of the Police Integrity Regulations 2009 to limit the advice a member of OPI personnel is required to give, in relation to prescription medication taken, to the last 7 days. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 37 and 131 of the Police Integrity Act 2008. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 9 October 2009. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
