REGULATION UNDER THE CUSTOMS ACT 1901-1957 AND THE COMMERCE (TRADE DESCRIPTIONS) ACT 1905-1950.* I, THE GOVERNOR-GENERAL in and over the Commonwealth of Australia, acting with the advice of the Federal Executive Council, hereby make the following Regulation under the Customs Act 1901-1957 and the Commerce ( Trade Descriptions ) Act 1905-1950. Amendments of the C ommerce ( M eat E xport) R egulations .† Regulation 100 of the Commerce (Meat Export) Regulations amended— Fees for officers’ services. ( a ) by omitting sub-regulation (1.) and inserting in its stead the following sub-regulation:— “(1.) In this regulation— ‘holiday’ means a day observed as a holiday in the Public Service of the Commonwealth under section 76 of the Public Service Act 1922-1958; ‘officer’ has the same meaning as in section 4 of the Customs Act 1901-1957.”.
