No. 58/2009 Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 Subordinate Legislation (Transport Accident (Impairment) Regulations 1999 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2009 The Governor in Council, on the certificate and recommendation of the Minister for Finance, WorkCover and the Transport Accident Commission, makes the following Regulations: Dated: 27 May 2009 Responsible Minister: TIM HOLDING Minister for Finance, WorkCover and the Transport Accident Commission TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to extend the operation of the Transport Accident (Impairment) Regulations 1999 for the period specified in regulation 3. 2 Authorising provisions These Regulations are made under sections 5 and 28 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 58/2009 Subordinate Legislation (Transport Accident (Impairment) Regulations 1999 - Extension of Operation) Regulations 2009 2 3 Extension of operation The operation of the Transport Accident (Impairment) Regulations 1999 1 is extended for the period beginning on the day on which they would otherwise be revoked by virtue of section 5 of the Subordinate Legislation Act 1994 and ending on 31 May 2010. 4 Expiry These Regulations expire on 1 June 2010. ═══════════════ r. 3 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
