No. 15/2009 Supreme Court Act 1986 Supreme Court (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2009 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 24 February 2009 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General RYAN HEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to prescribe a fee payable for the posting on the Supreme Court's website of a notice of an applicant's intention to apply for a grant of representation. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 129 of the Supreme Court Act 1986. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 2 March 2009. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R. No. 15/2009 Supreme Court (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2009 2 4 New fees In Part 2 of Schedule 2 to the Supreme Court (Fees) Regulations 2001 1 , before item 2.1 insert— "2.1AA Posting on the Court's website a notice to apply for a grant of representation under Rule 2A.03 or Rule 4A.03 of Chapter III 3·15 fee units". ═══════════════ r. 4 -- 3 of 4 -- S.R.
