No. 51/2009 Supreme Court Act 1986 Supreme Court (Fees) (List Amendment) Regulations 2009 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 19 May 2009 Responsible Minister: ROB HULLS Attorney-General RYAN HEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Supreme Court (Fees) Regulations 2001 to replace references to the Building Cases List with references to the Technology, Engineering and Construction List as a consequence of the establishment of the new List. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 129 of the Supreme Court Act 1986. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 19 June 2009. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
