1 Fair Work Act 2009 s.285—Annual wage review Annual Wage Review 2021–22 (C2022/1) JUSTICE ROSS, PRESIDENT MELBOURNE, 9 FEBRUARY 2022 PROVISIONAL TIMETABLE [1] A provisional timetable for the Annual Wage Review 2021–22 (2021–22 Review) was proposed in a Statement on 19 January 2022. This was in response to the parliamentary sitting calendar issued by the Australian Government that listed the Budget to be handed down on 29 March 2022. [2] The Australian Council of Trade Unions and the Australian Industry Group supported the provisional timetable. No other submissions were received. [3] The provisional timetable is now confirmed, subject to any further amendments to the timing of the Budget by the Australian Government.
