No. 78/2009 Zoological Parks and Gardens Act 1995 Zoological Parks and Gardens Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2009 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 30 June 2009 Responsible Minister: GAVIN JENNINGS Minister for Environment and Change TOBY HALLIGAN Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Zoological Parks and Gardens Regulations 2003 to increase the maximum fees payable for entry into zoological parks. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 41 of the Zoological Parks and Gardens Act 1995. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 July 2009. 4 Revocation The Zoological Parks and Gardens (Fees) Amendment Regulations 2008 1 are revoked. -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
