Building Amendment Regulations 2008
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
Building Regulations 2006 to increase certain fees
payable under the Building Act 1993.
2 Authorising provisions
These Regulations are made under sections 261
and 262 of the Building Act 1993.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
24 November 2008.
4 Application fee for certificate of consent
In regulation 202 of the Building Regulations
2006 1 , for "$76.85" substitute "$79.15".

5 Maximum fee for report and consent
In regulation 312 of the Building Regulations
2006—
(a) in subregulation (1), for "$51.25" substitute
"$52.75";
(b) in subregulation (2), for "$205" substitute
"$211.15";
(c) in subregulation (3), for "$51.25" substitute
"$52.75".
6 Lodgement fees
In regulation 320 of the Building Regulations
2006, for "$30.75" substitute "$31.65".
7 Fees for requests for information
In regulation 327 of the Building Regulations
2006, for "$41" substitute "$42.20".
8 Accreditation fees
In regulation 1405(1) of the Building Regulations
