No. 109/2008 Chattel Securities Act 1987 Chattel Securities (Purchase Price) Regulations 2008 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 15 September 2008 Responsible Minister: TONY ROBINSON Minister for Consumer Affairs ZOE WONG Acting Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to provide for the amount prescribed as the purchase price for the purposes of section 7 of the Chattel Securities Act 1987. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 12 of the Chattel Securities Act 1987. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 16 September 2008. -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
