No. 143/2008 Liquor Control Reform Act 1998 Liquor Control Reform Amendment (Fees) Regulations 2008 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 25 November 2008 Responsible Minister: TONY ROBINSON Minister for Consumer Affairs RYAN HEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Liquor Control Reform Regulations 1999 to amend existing fees and to prescribe additional fees for particular applications. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 180 of the Liquor Control Reform Act 1998. 3 Commencement These Regulations come into operation on 1 December 2008. 4 Fees (1) In clause 1 of Schedule 1 to the Liquor Control Reform Regulations 1999 1 , for Table A substitute— -- 2 of 7 -- S.R.
