No. 155/2008 Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958 Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) (Charges Amendment) Regulations 2008 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 2 December 2008 Responsible Minister: BOB CAMERON Minister for Police and Emergency Services RYAN HEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objective The objective of these Regulations is to amend the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 2005 to increase the charges for emergency attendances by brigades. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 34 of the Metropolitan Fire Brigades Act 1958. 3 Increased charges for emergency attendances In item 1 of Schedule 2 to the Metropolitan Fire Brigades (General) Regulations 2005 1 , for "$430.50" substitute "$443.42". ═══════════════ -- 2 of 3 -- S.R.
