National Parks (Fees and Charges) Amendment
Regulations 2008
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend the
National Parks (Fees and Charges) Regulations
2001 to increase certain fees and charges payable.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 48 of
the National Parks Act 1975.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on
1 August 2008.
4 Principal Regulations
In these Regulations, the National Parks (Fees and
Charges) Regulations 2001 1 are called the
Principal Regulations.

5 National parks annual pass
In regulation 11(2) of the Principal Regulations,
for "$70.50" substitute "$72.50".
6 New Schedules 2, 3 and 4 substituted
For Schedules 2, 3 and 4 to the Principal
Regulations substitute—
