No. 14/2008 Public Administration Act 2004 Public Administration (Review of Actions) (Amendment) Regulations 2008 The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations: Dated: 4 March 2008 Responsible Minister: JOHN BRUMBY Premier RYAN HEATH Clerk of the Executive Council 1 Objectives The objectives of these Regulations are— (a) to allow for the electronic lodgement of an application for review by an employee of a public service body; and (b) to make a statute law amendment. 2 Authorising provision These Regulations are made under section 112 of the Public Administration Act 2004. 3 Initial review process In regulation 6(2)(e) of the Public Administration (Review of Actions) Regulations 20051 omit ", to be signed by the employee making it". 1 -- 2 of 4 -- S.R.
