Regulations 2008
The Governor in Council makes the following Regulations:

1 Objective
The objective of these Regulations is to amend
the Road Safety (Drivers) Regulations 1999 to
increase certain fees by 3%.
2 Authorising provision
These Regulations are made under section 95 of
the Road Safety Act 1986.
3 Commencement
These Regulations come into operation on 1 July
2008.
4 General fees increased
In Schedule 2 to the Road Safety (Drivers)
Regulations 19991—
(a) in item 3, for "$23.50" substitute "$24.20";
(b) in item 4, for "$10.80" substitute "$11.10";
